Trust and scope
Trust starts with a claim small enough to verify.
HumanTyped does not ask you to trust a label such as “human-written.” It shows evidence collected during one controlled writing session and states the blind spots beside it.
Verifiable record
The server reconstructs the final text from the ordered operation journal before issuing a receipt.
Visible limits
Every public explanation separates observed session evidence from identity, intent, and originality.
Private by default
Draft text, raw writing events, private scoring features, and account credentials are not public SEO data.
What HumanTyped verifies
The system verifies internal consistency between a recorded operation journal and the final sealed text. It also records whether transfer attempts such as paste or drop were blocked inside the controlled editor, and whether the receipt signature validates.
These checks make silent alteration harder and give the reader something more concrete than a screenshot. The receipt can be revisited at a stable public URL while the underlying private session remains protected according to its visibility and retention settings.
What HumanTyped cannot verify
The browser cannot see a phone, paper notes, another computer, spoken dictation, memorized text, or advice received before the session. HumanTyped also does not perform biometric identification and does not compare typing rhythm across sessions to recognize a person.
A receipt therefore cannot guarantee an absolute absence of AI assistance. Someone could consult generated material elsewhere and retype it. The honest conclusion remains that the receipt describes the process observed inside HumanTyped, not the complete origin of every sentence or idea.
How to make a sound trust decision
Inspect the receipt state, reconstruction result, session summary, replay visibility, and revocation status. Then combine them with normal editorial checks: ask for sources, compare claims with evidence, and request a clear disclosure when assistance matters.
No single signal should settle a high-stakes dispute. HumanTyped is designed to add a tamper-evident piece of process evidence, not to replace human judgment, fact-checking, plagiarism review, or an institution's due process.
Side-by-side
Compare the evidence, not the slogans.
| Question | Claim outside HumanTyped | HumanTyped |
|---|---|---|
| The text was built from the recorded edits | Not observable from the final text alone | Checked through server reconstruction |
| The writer's legal identity | May require separate identity evidence | Not verified |
| No outside assistance was used | Cannot be established absolutely | Not claimed |
| The content is factually correct | Requires sources and fact-checking | Not evaluated |
Evidence, not certainty
